Mindspar is a platform that allows users to engage in AI-generated conversations inspired by the writings, documented ideas, and historical records of deceased philosophers and thinkers. All philosopher responses are generated by artificial intelligence and do not represent the actual views, words, or opinions of any real person, living or dead.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mindspar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. AI-Generated Content
All philosopher personas on Mindspar are AI-generated characters. Responses are inspired by historical writings and scholarship but are not verified quotations. Mindspar makes no claim that responses represent the actual views of historical figures. Do not rely on Mindspar responses for academic citation, medical, legal, or financial advice.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or use Mindspar to harass, harm, or deceive others.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Mindspar to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content. Mindspar reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Mindspar offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
7. Intellectual Property
The Mindspar platform, brand, and underlying technology are the property of Mindspar. AI-generated conversation content is provided for personal use only and may not be republished or sold.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mindspar is provided as-is. We make no warranties about the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Mindspar after changes constitutes acceptance.
